Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
At Apples & Drawers, we will gladly accept your return(s) on all unworn merchandise, except drawers (panties, thongs and briefs), bodysuits, slips and sale items, for exchange or store credit. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Apples & Drawers purchase please follow the steps below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to return your merchandise
Simply send an email to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process by providing the following details:
- Telephone Number
- Purchase Order Number
- Reason for Return
We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and shipping instructions when your return has been approved. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without proof of purchase and a Return Authorisation Number.
Any returned items without the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will not be accepted; therefore, please make sure that you request it from our Customer Care team.
All items are quality checked before dispatching, however if you receive a damaged or faulty item please let us know immediately (maximum 2 days after delivery).

The parcel is the customer's responsibility until it reaches Apples & Drawers, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Once a Credit note is issued this will be valid for 30 days only from the day the item is received.
There are certain situations where only partial store credit is granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error by Apples & Drawers.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Please note that shipping costs, taxes and duties are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit added to your Apples & Drawers account. If you do not already have an Apples & Drawers account, our Customer Care team will create one for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Apples & Drawers account.
If you are applicable to receive store credit and do not have an account with us, send an email our Customer Care team and we will assist you in the process of setting up an account. Once this process is complete, you may begin shopping on www.applesanddrawers.com with your store credit.
Store credit must be used within 30 days of the date it is issued.
Late or missing store credit
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Apples & Drawers account again.
If you’ve double checked your account and you still have not received your store credit yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
All items bought on sale are final.
Only regular priced items may be refunded with store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, for reasons outside of the customer’s control. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in the process of exchanging your item through Aramex.
Apples & Drawers will not be held accountable for new costs incurred for the return or exchange of an item(s)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
